My family was shopping around different auto insurance policies after experiencing a steep hike in cost with our current carrier of over two decades. Despite being a competitor and being someone in a position who would greatly benefit from bringing over a new customer, Nikolas was very honest about both options (staying with our carrier or moving over to State Farm) and the benefits and disadvantages of both. He also broke down all of our coverages in simple and clear terms to people unfamiliar with insurance jargon, and even provided tips we could do to bring down our costs based on our situation. We came out of the conversation much more knowledgeable and informed about what we were paying for. Ben also made the decision to continue helping us well after his work hours when he didn’t have to (finished around 5:30 pm), was very transparent and personable (was not condescending or shady with details), and even followed up with us afterwards. An overall great experience with high praise for Nikolas Chung!
