"This agency is completely unprofessional - I asked them to remove me from their call list due to sales person Rolando leaving inappropriate messages for my sister after we inquired. This was 3 weeks ago. He then calls today (back to back phone calls) and in a taunting manner acknowledges my prior request for him to not contact us again. When I commented on him calling me back to back, he remarks “bUt It WoRkEd RiGhT???” - where does the Ben Tran agency hire their salespeople? Highschool? Pathetic customer service."

I called the office and the person I spoke to was Judy who no longer works there now but she was very helpful and so nice. I’ve also worked with Monica who is also very helpful and gets things done. Everyone in the office is hardworking and does a great job. I would highly recommend them!"
